Darrell Girgenti – 22 years’ experience in the oil industry.
Darrell has a strong understanding of general E&P technical and commercial challenges. Having worked as a Technical Specialist in developing markets, Business Development and Management, Drilling Engineering, Drilling and Completions Manager and Operations Superintendent roles. Darrell has a broad range of experience to undertake any challenge in the Oil & Gas industry.
During his career Darrell has been exposed to both onshore and offshore well operations for both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and development in several countries including Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China. Mark Jenkins – 31 years’ experience in the oil industry.
Mark has responsibility for general management of the Aztech business while also taking on role of Project Manager for certain clients. Having started work in the service company side of the industry in the UK before moving to Australia and then working in Well Project Management, he has a very good understanding of the industry and what it takes to deliver a successful project.
His experience and knowledge allows to him to provide effective support across the many aspects required for a project including technical, commercial, contractual and the regulatory process.

Nick Merdith – 30 years of HSE experience
Nick has 30 years of HSE experience, 14 of that in the oil and gas with 8 years in well construction and intervention. Nick has broad qualifications, knowledge and experience across health, safety and environment practice, particularly the technical safety end of the field, including human and organisational factors, human factors engineering/safety in design, incident investigation, major accident event management/safety case, system safety and organisational safety culture.
Nick’s qualifications include B.App.Sc., M.Hlth.Sc.(OSH), M.Oil&Gas Eng. and Ph.D.(OSH).
